Rental Info
Currently the rent amount is $660 per month based on a one or two person occupancy. The refundable security deposit is $600 and there is no application fee. A one year lease is required which automatically goes to month to month after the twelfth month. We do not do any short term leases. This represents an excellent value for the area and is possible because we don't employ a large management company as a middleman. We do have a no dog policy and expect all residents to live quietly, respecting their neighbors. We take chronic noise problems very seriously and will not hesitate to do whatever is necessary to alleviate any offenses of this nature.
We pay for the water, and sewage. Trash collection is done by the City of Columbus at no extra charge. Residents are responsible for all other utilities such as gas, electric, phone, cable, etc.. Each unit has gas heat and hot water and central air conditioning.
